Delivery and Charges
Delivery
We have access to a great safe and reliable delivery service throughout the South Coast. Because of the variety and the fact most furniture items are bulky in size, items may not be stocked and will need to be ordered direct from our suppliers. This usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks, depending on supplier stock and your location. The items will be delivered to our warehouse, and our store will organise delivery directly with you. You can even organise to pick up the product for a faster service. Just ensure you select pick up when you are ordering.
If at any point (even before ordering) you require a more definite delivery time, please contact us and we can provide a better estimate for date of delivery.
When delivering your product, we will ensure to place the items into your allocated rooms, providing the access is clear. Our aim is to make the delivery process as easy as possible for you.
When picking up your product, you may be required to bring someone to assist you with loading your product into a suitable vehicle. You will also be responsible for ensuring it is correctly secured and for any damages to the product that occur in transit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that cancellations need to happen from time to time. However Furniture 4U will need to recover reasonable costs associated with your purchase.
